Hematocrit
Hematocrit (normal = 40% to 50%) decreased → anemia increased → dehydration
Transferrin (transfer $240 to me)
Transferrin (normal = 240 to 480 mg/dL) decreased → anemia, protein deficiency
lymphocyte count
lymphocyte count (normal = greater than 1,800) decreased → impaired nutritional intak
Blood urea nitrogen
Blood urea nitrogen (normal = 17 to 18 mg/dL) increased → starvation, high protein intake, severe dehydration decreased → malnutrition
Creatinine
Creatinine (normal = 0.4 to 1.5 mg/dL) increased → dehydration decreased → reduction in total muscle mass, severe malnutrition
