Q

Course

A
  1. Leaves skull through jugular foramen
  2. Descend inside carotid sheath between ICA and IJV
  3. Leaves sheath by passing forwards with Stylopharyngeus between ICA and ECA
  4. Enters pharynx between superior and middle constrictors (end gap)
  5. Passes deep to Hyoglossus and divides into branches
Upper part carries superior and inferior ganglia
