Why is it difficult to describe experiences?
From a young age, we are taught to judge experiences as good, bad, right or wrong. Therefore, it is difficult to describe experiences without adding judgments or interpretations.
What is the third what skill?
The third what skill is Participate.
What is participating in mindfulness?
Participating is throwing yourself into whatever you are doing in this one moment and becoming one with the experience.
What is the opposite of participating in mindfulness?
The opposite of participating is multitasking or trying to do many different things at the same time.
How many what skills can be practiced at a time in mindfulness?
Only one what skill can be practiced at a time.
