A

Saltaps and medical attention
price and nsaids to decrease swelling/bleeding/ immobilise/support using scraping, splint walking boot or crutches to prevent further movement

A

Physio for soft tissue repair and gradual increase in strength, stretching mobility and balance exercises to strengthen the it’s muscles around
hydrotherpy- none weight bearing to maintain fitness
surgeyr0 arthroscopy sugary may be required for chronic and recurring teats to repair areas of the menisci
stretching- isometric exercises to decrease atrophy 9REVERSIBILTIY)

What is the full rehabilitation?

A

Functonal- gradual increase in strength and development for full acitiviy full functionibg
ballistic- dynamic
dorsi/plantar flexion exercises
monitor over times to make sure no signs of athtirtus
