Muscle that works in opposition, lengthens -tricep

Keeps other muscles in position for desired movement to take place. for bicep curl, shoulder and wrist

Core stabilsier

Switch over with agonist and antagonist

Flexion- anterior deltoid (front)
Extension- Posterior deltoid (back)
abduction- middle deltoid
adduction- latissimus dorsi (bringing it back to side)
lateral rotation- teres minor (contracting away from body)
Medial rotation- subscapularis
horizontal adduction- pectorals major
horizontal abduction extenson- posterior deltoid
