A
The point at which the body is balanced in all directions ‘point of which gravity begins to act’

A
Belly button

Why do men have a slightly higher com than women?
A
Females typically shorter, females lower centre of mass making them balance better. Main body mass of males is in their shoulder.

What happens if the body changes positions?
A
The centre of mass changes, centre of mass is not a fixed position but altered as a person changes their body position. The centre of mass is dependent upon the distribution of the body mass.
