याचक m. yācakaḥ याचकः (-की f.) [याच्-ण्वुल्] 1 A mendicant, beggar; तृणादपि लघुस्तूलस्तूलादपि च याचकः Subhāṣ. -2 A petitioner, suppliant. -Comp. -वृत्तिः the occupation or profession of a beggar.
