“As a result of [actively/actually] doing harm one deservedly goes to that (I.E. TO THE STATE OF कृत्रिमं वैरम् MENTIONED IN THE PREVIOUS SENTENCE: THE तत् HERE REFERS BACK TO THAT AS ITS ANTECEDENT!!!)
