[377D.01] Section 377D sets out the effect of restoring a foreign company that has been struck off the register, and empowers the High Court to make the necessary directions and orders as it deems fit upon the restoration of the company: Explanatory Statement to Bill No 25 of 2014, passed on October 8, 2014.
