General overview
[310.01] The liquidator, any contributory or creditor may apply to the court to determine any question arising in the winding up of a company or to exercise all or any of the powers which the court can exercise in a winding up by the court.These powers are found in ss 279, 280, 281, 283, 284, 285, 286 and 288.The court, where satisfied that the determination of the question or the exercise of the power will be just and beneficial, may make such order as it thinks just or accede (wholly or partially) to any such application on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit.
