General overview
[205AB.01] Act No 36 of 2014 introduced the new s 205AB which allows an auditor of a public interest company to resign before the end of his term of office subject to the consent of the registrar: s 205AB(1). The auditor has to meet the requirements of Rules 712–718 of Chapter 7 (Continuing Obligations) of the SGX Listing Rules too.
