[366.01] Section 366 provides guidance on the interpretation of the terms used in Division 2 of Part XI of the Act. In particular, it clarifies the meaning of the terms “authorised representative” and “carrying on business” in respect of a foreign company for the purpose of Division 2 of Part XI of the Act.
