General overview
[324.01] Section 324 provides that, save for the resolutions passed by the creditors at a meeting of creditors in which the resolution for winding up is adjourned (s 296(9)), a resolution passed at an adjourned meeting of any creditors or contributories of a company shall bear the date in which the resolution was passed and not earlier.
