General overview
[276.01] Section 276 deals with the application by the liquidator under s 275 for a release as a liquidator and/or for the company to be dissolved, and the effect of such an order. Before the court exercises its powers to order a release, and to dissolve the company, it has to observe the requirements of subsection (2). Further, refer to s 343 where the court has the power to declare the dissolution of a company void
