General overview
[231.01] Section 231 gives the inspector(s) appointed by the Minister certain powers to report to the Minister, without submitting any interim report to him, that matters have come to his knowledge which tend to show that an offence has been committed. In addition, the section deals with the costs of the investigation ordered by the Minister, where to recoup the costs thereof, and other powers of the Minister.
