209. Duties of auditors to trustee for debenture holders

[209.01] Section 209(1) provides that the auditor of a corporation which has issued a debenture(s) shall send, within seven days after furnishing the corporation with a copy of his report, certificate or other document which he is required under the Act or by the trust deed, to the trustee for the debenture holders a copy of the same.
