General overview
[196C.01] This section provides that ss 194 and 195 shall apply to the electronic register as they had applied to the manual register. In respect of s 195, Act No 36 of 2014 provides that the company is required to notify the registrar of the trustee’s request to notify the trust over the shares in question.
