General overview
[264.01] Section 264 provides that a liquidator appointed by the court must notify the registrar of his appointment and give such security in the prescribed manner to the official receiver. He shall also give the official receiver such access to and facilities for inspecting the books and documents of the company, and generally such assistance for enabling the official receiver to perform his duties: s 264(a) and (b).
