General overview
[258.01] In the interim period after the winding up application is made but before the order is made, the company, or any creditor or contributory may, where any action or proceeding against the company is pending, apply to court to stay or restrain further proceedings in the action or proceeding. This section applies to a stay or restraint of the winding up application.
