General overview
[371.01] Section 371 provides for the issuance by the registrar of the notice of registration and certificate of confirmation of registration in respect of foreign companies. Upon the registration of a foreign company under Division 2 of Part XI of the Act, the registrar will issue a notice of registration to confirm the registration of the company under the Act.
