184D. Members may require general meeting for resolution

General overview
[184D.01] Section 184D allows member(s) representing at least 5% of the total voting rights of all the members to request that a face to face meeting be convened. Such members shall, within seven days after receipt of the text of the proposed resolution, give the necessary notice to the directors to convene the meeting. Under subsection (2), the directors have no option but to convene a meeting, if so requested by the member(s) pursuant to s 184D(1).
