173E. Self-notification in certain circumstances

General overview
[173E.01] This new section tightens the previous s 173(6A) by providing that where a director is disqualified under ss 148 or 155 from acting as such, he shall notify the company within 14 days after the disqualification, and may notify the registrar accordingly if he has reasonable cause to believe the company will not do so: s 173E(1)(a) and (b).
