[130AE.01] Section 130AE provides the time frame in which a public and private company shall issue and deliver the certificates of title to shares or debentures in connection with an allotment or transfer of shares or debentures: s 130AE(1) and (2).

[130AE.02] Subsection (4) provides an avenue for a person to apply to court, upon default by the company under this section, for an order that that person is entitled to have the certificates or debentures delivered to him, and the consequential costs and incidentals to the application paid for by the company or any officer who was in default.
