227V. Duty to co-operate with judicial manager

General overview
[227V.01] Section 227V provides that officers of the company, past and present, those who have taken part in the formation of the company within the last one year before the date of the judicial management order, and employees are obliged to co-operate with the judicial manager as regards the divulging of any information concerning the company’s business and affairs as the judicial manager reasonably requires, or attend on the judicial manager at such times as he reasonably requires.
