A

General overview
[271.01] After the official receiver receives the statement of affairs from the persons named in s 270(2), he has to submit a preliminary report to the court. If the liquidator is not the official receiver, he has to submit the report to the official receiver on the matters stated in subsections (1)(a), (b) and (c).
