General overview
[227HA.01] As a judicial management method of rescuing a company is very similar to the “section 210” scheme of compromise or arrangement, Act No 15 of 2017 enacted the same safeguards to protect the rights of any financier who provides or has provided rescue financing to the company in judicial management on the same terms and conditions as s 211E.
