[205AC.01] Sections 205AC–205AE deal with the procedures for resigning auditors of public interest companies. Section 205AC(1) provides that the company, upon receiving the auditor’s notice of resignation under s 205AB, shall send a copy of the written statement to every member of the company within 14 days of its receipt, subject to s 205AC(2) and (3).
