[243.01] If the Minister thinks that there are good reasons to investigate the membership of any corporation, whether it is a declared company or not, he may appoint investigators to do so. The purpose is to ascertain the true persons who are or have been financially interested in the success or failure, real or apparent, of the corporation, or who are able to control or materially influence the policy of the corporation.
