General overview
[355.01] Section 355 provides an overview of the foreign corporate entities to which Part XA of the Act applies. Section 355 states that Part XA, which was inserted into the Act pursuant to Act No 15 of 2017, applies to a foreign corporate entity that intends to be registered as a company limited by shares under the Act: Explanatory Statement to Bill No 13 of 2017.
