General overview
[189.01] Section 189 provides that the books referred to in s 188(1) and (3A) shall be kept at the company’s registered office or principal place of business. Generally, the member may only inspect the minutes of the general meetings but not the minutes of the directors’ or CEOs’ meetings: s 189(2A).
