General overview
[369.01] Section 369 provides for the registrar’s power to refuse to register a foreign company under Division 2 of Part XI of the Act. The power may be exercised where the registrar is satisfied that the foreign company is used or is likely to be used for a purpose that is unlawful or prejudicial to public peace, welfare or good order in Singapore.
