General overview
[361.01] Section 361 sets out the effects of the registration of a foreign corporate entity as a company limited by shares: Explanatory Statement to Bill No 13 of 2017. Starting from the date of registration specified in the notice of transfer of registration issued under s 359, the re-domiciled company will become a Singapore company, and will be required to comply with the requirements of the Act in so far as they apply to local companies.
