General overview
[344H.01] This section provides that where the name of a company has been struck off and the company dissolved under ss 344 or 344A, persons who were officers of the company immediately prior to its dissolution must ensure that all books and papers of the company are retained for a period of at least five years after the date on which the company was dissolved.
