227U. Delivery and seizure of property

General overview
[227U.01] Section 227U has two parts: it provides that the court may (a) order the persons mentioned in subsection (2) to pay, deliver, convey, surrender or transfer any property, books, papers, or records to the judicial manager; and (b) absolve the judicial manager from any loss or damage resulting from the seizure or disposal of any property not belonging to the company, upon certain conditions.
