General overview
[173F.01] Section 173F is a new section introduced by Act No 36 of 2014, which empowers the registrar to rectify the register kept by him (under s 173) in the event that a director, chief executive officer, secretary or auditor is no longer acting as such due to the circumstances listed in subsections (1) to (4). Section 173F allows the registrar to act on his own initiative.
