General overview
[227M.01] Sections 227M and 227N should be read together as they relate to the statement of proposals made by the judicial manager for the creditors’ consideration. Briefly, the judicial manager shall send a copy of his proposals to the registrar, all the creditors and members within 60 days after the making of the judicial management order.
