344C. Objections to striking off

General overview
[344C.01] Any person may, pursuant to s 344C, deliver, not later than the date specified in the notice published in the Gazette, an objection to the striking off of the name of the company from the register on the ground that there is reasonable cause why the name of the company should not be struck off.
