General overview
[184DA.01] Act No 36 of 2014 introduced a new s 184DA which provides that a resolution proposed to be passed by written means lapses, if it is not passed by the end of 28 days from the date on which the proposed resolution is circulated to the members. Any agreement by the members to the resolution is ineffective after the expiry of that period.
