268. General provisions as to liquidators

General overview
[268.01] Section 268 makes provisions as regards the payment of salary and remuneration of the liquidator or provisional liquidator. In addition, subsection (1) provides that a liquidator appointed by the court may resign or on cause shown be removed by the court. Section 302 which applies to voluntary liquidation also provides that the court may, if cause is shown, remove the liquidator and appoint another liquidator.
