What is the mailing address for faculty and staff? Where does that come to?
Name/building/1501 W Bradley Ave, Peoria, IL 61625; comes to MAC.
Who is responsible for pest control?
Custodial
What do you do if someone calls after hours and they are having an event and things are not set up correctly or they do not have everything they need?
You need to determine who set it up. Usually, custodial sets up for events in WES. Tracy would be the contact for that. Conference Facilities run by Courtney Johnson sets up for STC, ALC, GRC. If it is Conference Facilities they usually have a student worker there to unlock the doors 15 minutes ahead of the time given and then lock the doors when the event is done. If absolutely necessary, you can contact Courtney and see what she says.
Name 3 places you always need to look to see if there is an event scheduled in a building?
EMS, the daily sheet in the flip chart - yellow tab, and online in google calendar.
What is the minimum the volume on the easton & weston should be on at all times? Why?
30, so that we can hear alarms & Shotspotter.

Where can you find extra batteries for the mice or keyboard?
In the back room, in a cabinet to the left of our drawers, where the pens, highlighters, staples, etc. are stored.
In GEI, what is the only way to get to the penthouse on the 11th floor?
You can take the stairs or elevator to the 10th floor, then you have to take the SOUTH stairs to the 11th.
Where is the doghouse at GEI located and what is it?
It is the building outside of GEI (on the back deck) where Aramark keeps their stock of CO2 tanks.
Where is the microwave building?
It is the small building next to the JOB Tower
Where and what is Shroyer Hall?
It is in the north wing of Bradley Hall. There is an exterior sign outside of Bradley Hall on the Haussler Lane side. It is a scholarship.
