Under “Customers” click on the name, then you’ll see the phone number(s) listed on the left-hand side under the person’s name.
What color and shape is the symbol next to an active permit? Expired permit?
Green circle for an active permit. Black diamond for an expired permit.
Can you search for a partial plate? Customer name? Color? License plate?
Yes, you can search for a partial plate, customer name, entire plate number. No searching for just a vehicle color, but the color of the vehicle is usually logged with the permit or citation information.
What do the different letters in the decal mean? C? D? E? V? SJ? VIP? VND? What about a motorcycle plate?
Different permit letter meanings, C = student commuter permit, D = Duryea Deck Student permit,E = employee, V = Visitor permit, SJ = St James complex permit, VIP=Very Important Permit/Person, VND = Vendor permit. M for motorcycle after the permit year.
