A
Subject description and any weapons. Pass onto officers immediately.

A
Injuries, items taken, and any other questions. Pass onto officers immediately.

What would you do differently if the robbery had occurred earlier and the owner is calling it in now?
A
Inform the officers that it occurred (however long) earlier.
