In the red emergency book under “MSC” and the directory under “MSC.

If officers are being dispatched to MSC for a call, who do you need to call? What information needs to be provided?

Call the office or after hours # and inform them that officers are on the way over for a noise complaint, smell, ect., in room# or area. The after hours person may show depending on the circumstances or if the officers request it.

Who do the students call if they need to be let into MSC during business hours? After hours?

They need to call the MSC or after hours # to be let in. Unless that address is in the directory we have no way of verifying and we do not have keys for the rooms.

Do officers have keys to the MSC?

Officers have a building key fob to get in the building and onto the elevators.

Can officers open the MSC garage?

Officers have a key fob in each vehicle that will open the garage.
