If someone calls in and needs a room locked but does not have a room number and does not know what kind of room it is, where can you go to find that room number and what kind of room it is for that building?
Look it up in the Floor Plans binder on the back counter. You can also go to
S2 and go to the floor plans.
Where can you look to find out where a certain room is located in a building or even the room number of a room?
“Floor Plans” binders and S2 floor plans. Also in google docs under “Building Floor Plans.”
For the BECC, how can we tell what floor, side of the building, & room number 1226 is on? 2138?
The 1st # is the floor #. The 2nd # is which side it is on: 1 is the east side/business side; 2 is the west side/engineering side. The 3rd & 4th #’s are the room #. So, 1226 = 1st floor, west side, room 26. And 2138 = 2nd floor, east side/business side, room 38.
If we want to know if there’s a class scheduled in a certain academic building where would we go to find out this information?
A - Z Index, “S”, “Schedule of Classes;” on the bookmark bar you just click on “Schedule of Classes”. You can look by semester, search by building & day, etc.
What do we do if a call comes in on the TTY phone? Where are the instructions for it?
Answer the phone. The instructions are located underneath it.
If Bradley has an emergency message out, where can you find it?
It will be at the top of the Bradley website page. Also, if you go to “Emergency Information” in the index, it will be at the top.
What is the emergency # you can call for all emergency messages?
At the top of the page under “Emergency Information” it gives the # of 309.677.4000 for updates on emergency situations.
Where can you find the “Emergency Operations Plan” for Bradley?
Search for “Emergency Operations Plan” on the Bradley website.
