You can not even admit that the person even works here.

Anything in red can not be released to anyone.

What if it is pink?
Pink is where we have added the information into the system.
How do you create a new entry? Make changes to an existing one?
Create- while on the main directory screen, select insert. This will give you a screen pop in which you can insert your name, phone number, address, etc. Once finished, select ok to save. Edit- open an existing entry. If this entry relates to a student or employee, you can only add info into the notes tab. Once your info has been added, make sure to include the date of the add and click ok to save. If the edit relates to an entry that we in dispatch have added (it will be in pink), then you need to open the entry with a double click, make the needed changes, and click on ok to save.
Are part-time faculty members listed in the directory? How can you find them?
They may or may not be in the directory. You can try searching the Bradley directory.

No
Do we give out staff personal phone numbers even if they are not in red?
No. We can give their extension only.
