What could be considered a disturbance?
A
Fight, panhandling, arguing, ex.

What information should be given out immediately? What should you tell the officers so they know you are getting more information?
A
Location, situation, description, direction of travel. Tell the officers “Stand by for further information”. Go back to the caller and give out info as you get it.

Should you keep the caller on the line?
A
Yes. This way you can continue to get information and give it to the officers.

No, unless they are on private property, but then they have to have the owner’s permission.
