Q

When the tokens/quarters are collected from the VIS, what do we do with these? After they’ve been counted, who do they go to? What do we do with the bag & the cup of coins afterwards?

A

The bag of coins is turned into work control. The clerk on duty will be in charge of separating the tokens and quarters. Quarters will be then totalled, placed in a different container (usually a plastic cup), and placed on Jayne’s desk with the total amount written on a note. The coins are to be placed within the cabinet to the left of easton in the corresponding containers. The bag is to be hung up in this cabinet also. Jayne will deposit the quarters later at SWH.
