If a student who lives at HEI gets a temporary ID, what needs to be done so it will work for their room?
A
Temp card needs to be added as per normal in BB but then also encoded on the OnGuard 7.5 encoder.

Why should you verify the room number is correct before encoding?
A
You need to click on “Badge” once you are in the account to be sure you are clicked on the correct room # otherwise it will only work on the room in the system.
