Q

What do you do with the caller as soon as you get the information?

A

Conference the call to the city letting them know you have officers enroute. Give city the above information and conference the caller in. Stay on the line. Hit mute while city is talking to them. After they are done, get back on the call and stay on to update officers of the situation until they get there.
