What would you do if you were to receive several calls stating that they were not able to get into a Bradley program in a short amount of time and the IT service desk is closed?
This is only to be used if we believe there may be a server or something down on Bradley’s end. Get a few names and phone numbers and exactly what the problem is. Look at the IT sheet to determine who you need to contact at home.
Who would you contact if someone has an Audio/Visual problem?

What do you do if a group calls in and says they have an event and they need to get into the A/V cabinet? Need something else from A/V?
